Program Description:
My All In One Self-Guided Online Coaching is a fully structured program covering training, nutrition, and mindset program, designed for people who want expert guidance while training independently. Everything is delivered through my app, where you follow your personalized workout plan, nutrition guidance, and mindset support at your own pace, anytime and anywhere, with clear structure and accountability to keep you progressing toward your goals.
Before starting, every client receives a Free Initial Consultation to assess fitness level, lifestyle, posture, and individual needs. You will also receive a Posture and Injury Correction Program (if needed) along with a full Medical Test Review, allowing us to create a safe, effective, and fully personalized coaching plan based on your body and long term goals.
This self-guided coaching package includes all 3 core pillars:
• Training: Fully structured training program delivered through my app with detailed exercise instructions, sets, reps, and video demonstrations for every movement, allowing you to train independently with complete clarity, structure, and progression.
• Nutrition: Personalized nutrition plan and practical meal plans and a detailed grocery shopping list, built around everyday supermarket foods to support consistent, sustainable results based on your goals and lifestyle.
• Mindset: Guided mindset support focused on emotional eating, stress management, sleep management, motivation, discipline, and consistency to help you stay mentally strong, focused, and aligned with your goals throughout your journey.
This program is designed for independent training with full structure, accountability, and progress tracking through my app, giving you everything you need to stay consistent and achieve long term sustainable results at your own pace.

Mindset Change
